About Curry Culture Magazine
Curry Culture is the eZine of the Indian Ocean Restaurant and was created by Nahim Aslam and Guy Parker
We have 3 main themes: Celebration, Innovation and Excellence.
Celebration
We believe that the curries produced in the North of England are amongst the best in the world, we want to celebrate the successes of our industry and bring recognition to some of the finest restaurants and takeaways in the UK.
Innovation
Asian food is based on recipes dating back thousands of years but our industry is full of ideas and innovation; we will highlight the best of these wherever we find them.
Excellence
Fantastic food, brilliant chefs, superb staff and service. These are available all over the North of England and we will let you know who's the best and how they acheived it.
