Chicken Korma

A famously mild dish, korma is a good one for those who struggle with hotter curries and is very popular in the U.K. Korma is made from cream, nut and seed pastes, coconut milk or yoghurt and the word itself refers simply to a curry with a thick paste or sauce. The flavour is made up of a mixture of spices including coriander and cumin.

Can be served with lamb, chicken, beef or prawn.
